MARIANNE KARAM
Managing Director
Marianne has a lifetime of C suite having led multidisciplinary accounting and business management teams leveraging technology to drive automation and performance. Her experience spans a multitude of sectors in including ICT, not for profit, construction and franchise hospitality. Her strengths are working with CEO’s, Business Owners, and Managers and to help them find the sweet spot that lets them get on with their day and not worry about back office functions. Marianne is committed to Australian kids’ and health charities and is a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary to well-known NFP’s. She a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPA’s, the Governance Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Marianne enjoys sport, travel and shoes. She led her young team of netballers to the grand final before hanging up her gloves. She still loves a game of sport - ideally followed up by catching up with friends, eating out and a relaxing drink.

Sulochana Dilrukshi
Finance Manager
With over 14 years of experience in accounting and finance, Sulochana serves as the Finance Manager at Savant Insights. She oversees a broad range of financial functions, including bookkeeping, payroll processing, financial reporting, and client advisory services. Known for her strong client-centric approach, Sulochana is dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions that align with each client’s unique business goals. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, further strengthening her expertise in strategic and operational finance. Sulochana is highly proficient in platforms such as Xero, Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, QuickBooks, and HandiLedger Tax, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management across all systems.

JENNY MOGHNI
Senior Finance Associate
Jenny is a senior commercial and small business finance Leader with 25 years’ experience across a multitude of industries in businesses ranging from start-ups, franchises to Coles and large global companies such as DXC technology (formerly CSC). She is CPA qualified with extensive financial management experience in analytics, pricing strategy, governance and compliance. Her financial expertise comes from working closely with a broad audience across management, operations and external customers. She has had multiple award nominations and won several excellence awards throughout her career. Her strengths are in process automation, cost mitigation and change management. Jenny enjoys using her expertise across business planning, analytics, operations management and business transformation. When she is not turning numbers into gold, she loves travelling to new places, reading by the pool and eating out with friends.

Shakila Senarathna
Finance Officer
Shakila Senarathna is a Finance Officer at Savant Insights with over five years of experience in accounting and finance. A First-Class Honors graduate in Accounting and Finance, she specializes in bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and client-focused financial services. Shakila is proficient in Xero, MYOB, Calxa and Microsoft Excel, and is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Outside of work, she enjoys dance, music, and exploring new places, bringing a well-rounded and energetic approach to both her professional and personal life

Senior Financial Manager
Novana is a CPA qualified Financial Analyst who has accumulated 15 years of experience across multiple working in both large multinationals and the not for profit sector. She excels in developing financial strategies to improve financial performance. She loves process automation, cloud system integration and gets really excited about new cutting-edge business technologies that make life easier for our clients. She delivers dynamic and transparent financial reporting capabilities so you have time to focus on your business. Novana has a strong work ethic and won’t sleep until she gets the job done. She is a little obsessed with financial modelling and her strong attention to detail delivers effective analysis. Budgeting and forecasting are her forte. Ever-relentless, Novana loves a challenge. In her spare time Novana helps organise food fairs and other fundraising activities. She is an avid keyboardist and Sunday school teacher.
